Licensing Terms

Welcome to XLServer. By using, downloading, or installing XLServer, you agree to the following licensing terms.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. License Grant

  • Free Edition:
    Provided at no cost for evaluation, personal, or small-scale use. Limited features may apply.
    The Free Edition is licensed per user and may not be redistributed, sublicensed, or resold.

  • Commercial Editions (Standard, Pro, Enterprise):
    Licensed under a paid subscription agreement.
    The license grants the customer a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use XLServer within the agreed scope.


2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Circumvent licensing restrictions or security protections.
  • Use XLServer for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Rent, lease, resell, or provide the software as a service without written consent.

3. Ownership

XLServer and all related materials are the intellectual property of Data & Resilience.
All rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement remain reserved.


4. Support & Updates

  • Free Edition users may access community support via the XLServer forum.
  • Commercial Editions include professional support and regular updates as part of the subscription.

5. Termination

The license is valid until terminated.
Data & Resilience may terminate the license if you fail to comply with these terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the software and destroy any copies in your possession.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

XLServer is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Commercial support subscribers may receive service-level commitments as per contract.


7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Data & Resilience be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of XLServer.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
